and December 4, 11 & 18 2025
from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
in the Town Hall of Montenoison
for a wellness session.
During each session, I will share a set of tools with you to help you relax, let go of everyday worries
for a moment, and regain your energy.
We will begin with some deep breathing techniques and gentle movements to
release the tensions of the day.
I will then offer a sound bath with my instruments such as the Kailani, chimes, and Tibetan bowls.
